SW Bot 6.9.0

Added 'Brain' system which allows the SW Bot to be more flexible. It enables the following functions::

Auto cleanup rune inventory: when storage is full, the bot will go to Rune Manager and check the last X runes. This function can be enabled in Main Options, and X can be configured as well
Bot actively tracks Scout battle and can detect if it is active, completed, or not started
Bot will not disable actions when storage is full. Instead, it will remember it and skip all farms that require this type of storage (runes, artifacts, grinds). No need to re-enable all previously disabled farms after you clean up the storage

Improvements:

Removed power-up settings from Rune Manager action, and now it always uses power-up settings from Main Options
